1.Please send the purse back to the place where you found it.
課本上說"有前述詞時，關係副詞所引導的子句是形容詞子句"
所以說前述詞是" the place"，而"Please send the purse back to the place"的狀態是"形容詞子句"，我這樣理解是對的嗎??

不正確。Pleae send ... to the place.是主要子句。
後面用來修飾place的［修飾語］是附屬子句，因為修飾的對象是名詞，所以在詞性上歸成［形容詞子句］。
在形容詞子句裡的where屬［關係副詞］，用來帶出形容詞子句。

2.後來後面說"沒有前述詞時關係副詞所引導的的子句是名詞子具或副詞子句"
意思是說，" the place"沒有的話，那句子就變成"Please send the purse back where you found it."，而"Please send the purse back"的狀態就不是"形容詞子句"，我這樣理解是否正確??

也不正確。
Please send the purse back to where your found it.
這裡的主要子句是Please send the purse back to xxx.
其中的xxx是一個當介系詞to［受詞］的附屬子句，因為是受詞，故詞性為［名詞子句］。
where在這裡屬［帶先行詞的關係副詞］，帶出的是名詞子句。

3.還有一個地方，"我不知道這場意外確切發生的時間與地點"，這句我寫成:
I don't know exactly time and place on which the accident happened.

其實我在寫完後很糾結，因為老師還有說道以下的這個表:
Time>>>>>>>when= in, on, at + which
Place>>>>>>where= in, on, at + which
Reason>>>>>why= for + which
Way,manner>>how= in+ which
[Stage/ situation/ case/ instance/ point---------- where]

如果只是說時間我還是知道說可以寫成"exactly time when"
但是他說時間與地點時我有猶豫過是要寫說"exactly time and place where"
但是又覺得怪怪，所以想到說那寫"on which"
不知道我這樣寫可不可以???

time不屬於where性質，所以exactly time and place可接on which，再接形容詞子句，因為關係代名詞which可以代替time/where。
